Here at Be. Laboratories Australia, we are fully committed to provide our clients with an outstanding and unforgettable service. If any of the items you purchased from Be. Laboratories Australia fail to meet your guarantee as a customer, we will provide the following solutions:
Replacements and Refunds
If the product you purchased presents a major functional problem, you can ask Be. Laboratories Australia for a replacement or full refund of your product. According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, a product has a major problem when:
it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
it is unsafe
it is significantly different from the sample or description
it doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed
If your product presents a major problem, simply contact us to arrange an immediate return stating if you wish to receive a replacement or refund on your purchase.
Once Be. Laboratories Australia receives your enquiry for a product refund or replacement, we will assess the situation based on the following factors:
type of product
how a consumer is likely to use the product
the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used
the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable
We will not refund your product if the basis of your enquiry includes changing your mind about your purchase or finding a different product solution.
If we have reasons to believe that your enquiry does not meet these requirements, we have the right to refuse your enquiry.
Returning your Product
As customer of Be. Laboratories Australia, you have the right to return your product if you believe there is a major problem. Due to the size of our products, you are responsible for organising a reply paid service and/or postage with your preferred post service provider.

Once we receive the product we will assess the situation and get back to you in approximately one (1) business day after receiving.
